How outsourcing an expertise like Organisational Psychology can help fast-track design of a world class Leadership program.

UnitingCare Queensland (UCQ) approached Left Field Co. to design, develop and deliver a Performance & Development Conversations workshop that would be suitable for their middle management level staff across the organisation. After partnering with UCQ to identify the needs of the organisation and where the gaps in the current training curriculum were, Left Field Co. developed a 1.5 day course.

This multi-day course provided leaders with strategies and tools to more effectively engage in conversations for both performance and development that create meaningful connection, drive accountability and support learning and growth. This course has a strong emphasis on skills practice both in and outside of the sessions and conversation strategies for dealing with all performance conversations (both poor and high performance).
